Job summary

Fortrea is seeking Experienced Oncology CRAs to lead and support our Full Service Outsourcing team across the United States. 1+ year of independent CRO monitoring is required; CAR‑T experience is desirable. Expect 60-70% travel with 8-10 DOS per month.

You will monitor study sites, ensure data integrity, manage SAE reporting, and coordinate projects as a Local Project Coordinator when needed. Remote-friendly with nationwide hub locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Clinical Monitoring experience.
• Oncology experience is desired.
• Open to various hub locations across the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct site monitoring, routine monitoring, and close-out activities.
• Manage site plans and overall site coordination.
• Perform general on-site monitoring and ensure proper materials and training for staff.
• Ensure informed consent and protocol compliance; protect patient safety.
• Ensure data integrity and CRF review; resolve data queries.
• Assist with training of new staff and act as Local Project Coordinator as needed.
• Coordinate designated clinical projects and maintain client contact as assigned.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
