Job summary

FWD People is seeking a Senior Copywriter, Oncology, to shape voice and content for oncology clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to develop strategic, on-brand copy while balancing regulatory needs and deadlines.

You’ll own copy from concept to final delivery, become a product information specialist for regulatory reviews, and build fluency in therapeutics and diagnostics across platforms, including print, digital, and web.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of copywriting experience in an agency setting, focused on Oncology.
• High standards for the creative process and attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Proficient in AMA and AP style with pharma/healthcare regulatory awareness.
• Able to work under pressure, self‑manage expectations, and deliver on briefs.
• Strong storyteller able to present ideas in slides and to clients and teams.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable to new situations and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Copy & content development for our Oncology client portfolio from concept to delivery, including proofreading.
• Become a product information specialist, sourcing and referencing materials for regulatory reviews.
• Develop fluency in therapeutics, diagnostics, audiences, and industry language.
• Edit and craft strategic copy across brand identities, print, digital, web, social, campaigns, and guides.
• Collaborate with FWD People team and clients to ensure assets are on‑brand and strategically sound.
• Maintain version control and organize owned assets throughout the project lifecycle.
