Job summary

Content Creators seeks a Senior Copywriter to craft compelling, compliant pharmaceutical content for digital and print channels. You will report to the Associate Creative Director and ensure copy aligns with briefs, brand guidelines, and regulatory standards.

The role supports remote candidates in the United States, with a preference for those in the Eastern Time Zone, and requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field.
• 4+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends.
• Strong collaboration skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develops copy aligned with briefs, strategic/creative direction, and brand guidelines.
• Independently write and review copy for pharmaceutical marketing materials, including digital and print initiatives (e.g., brochures, websites, banner ads, emails).
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting stringent deadlines.
• Collaborate with art resources to ensure continuity between copy and design.
• Implement tone of voice, style requirements and other brand messaging guidelines based on client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical/regulatory direction to ensure accurate and compliant content.
• Review reference sources, annotations, and create accurate citations for tactics when necessary.
• Present copy and final deliverables to the internal team.
• Anticipate and proactively resolve creative challenges.
• Contribute innovative ideas that align to the brand's marketing strategies.
