You will mentor junior creatives, manage time-sensitive projects, and partner with regulatory teams to validate claims while delivering engaging, medically grounded storytelling for life sciences brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare agency copywriting experience with oncology campaigns.
• Experience writing HCP/patient materials with regulatory substantiation.
• Experience presenting concepts to clients and defending strategic rationale.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with Medical and Client Services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; comfort with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop oncology-focused campaigns and long- and short-form copy across digital, print, and integrated channels with Art Directors.
• Present creative concepts and rationale to clients and cross-functional teams, aligning with brand strategy and oncology positioning.
• Partner with Science & Regulatory teams to ensure claims accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and mentor junior copywriters and guide projects from brief through production.
• Manage multiple oncology projects, meeting timelines, budgets, and production needs.
