Publicis Groupe is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead the HCP creative work on an Oncology account. You will assign teams, inspire delivery of exceptional concepts, and partner with account management to ensure client satisfaction with creative quality and responsiveness.

You will manage copy and creative teams, mentor staff, and drive strategic branding while collaborating across art, editorial, and traffic to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have HCP and DTC experience with Oncology exposure.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking in creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative teams and assign projects from concept to final work.
• Inspire teams to deliver standout campaigns and concepts.
• Partner with account management to ensure client satisfaction and value of services.
• Provide feedback and mentorship during annual reviews and ongoing coaching.
