Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Basic Science or related field; four years may substitute.
• Five years of relevant experience.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of oncology clinical trials.
• Monitor research participants, enrollment, and screening.
• Ensure accurate data collection and study documentation.
• Perform clinical procedures and data handling as needed.
• Identify and report adverse events per protocol.
• Schedule visits and ensure protocol-required assessments.
• Mentor junior coordinators and provide training to new staff.
• Serve as primary contact for trial participants.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards.
