Job summary

BeOne is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to monitor oncology and hematology trials in the United States. You will conduct site visits, ensure data quality, and maintain regulatory compliance with ICH-GCP and local guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or medical.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes with knowledge of ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• 1+ year monitoring experience in pharma or CRO industry (SCURA: >4 years for SCRA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monitoring activities (pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, closeout).
• Co-monitoring visits when required and ensure site milestones are met.
• Provide protocol and site training; maintain documentation per ICH-GCP.
• Manage site queries, ethics submissions, and site communications.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data queries.
