Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our oncology-focused CRO team in the United States. You will monitor clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree, at least 1 year CRA experience in CRO or pharma, and fluency in English. Oncology experience is essential, Phase I and FIH exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year CRA experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Oncology experience essential.
• Phase I and First-In-Human (FIH) experience desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50–60%; international travel may be required for some roles.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
• Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate site setup activities, regulatory submissions, pre-study and initiation visits, and ongoing monitoring.
