BeOne Medicines seeks a Clinical Development Lead to shape and deliver partner-supported oncology programs within our Global Development SuperHighway. You will lead cross-functional teams, design ongoing development plans, and ensure execution within scope, budget, and timelines.

You will collaborate with investigators, KOLs, and regulators, communicate strategic updates, and drive data generation to address unmet medical needs. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• MD, DO degree or equivalent in a related discipline required, with a minimum of 5+ years of clinical development experience including experience in oncology therapeutic area.
• 10+ years preferred
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Clinical leadership: able to lead cross-functional teams and longer-range drug development.
• 5+ years pharma/biotech industry experience OR is a recognized expert in the field.
• 5 years experience with clinical trials, Oncology trials preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participates in and/or leads the Therapeutic Team and Study Team relevant to assigned molecule(s)/indication(s).
• Develops and implements the CD plan for assigned programs with CST and other teams.
• Provides clinical oversight across all relevant studies and programs.
• Designs and develops clinical studies and contributes to safety profiles and materials.
• Meets regulatory needs with preparation and submission input.
• Drives data generation and communicates progress to manager and stakeholders.
