Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an experienced leader to manage oncology drug development programs and lifecycle strategies. You will partner with the Team Lead to develop global development plans and establish clear processes for program team management and communication.

The role requires driving decisions, improving processes, and delivering team goals with collaboration across internal partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years’ experience in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Or Master’s Degree with 7+ years’ experience in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead projects in alignment with global asset development strategy.
• Facilitate alignment with functions and stakeholders across the project team.
• Develop, validate, and maintain integrated project plans.
• Provide visuals of project plans for teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure achievement of key goals, milestones and deliverables.
• Plan, track, and manage project milestones and critical path.
• Lead team planning sessions and define project scope.
• Implement good project and risk management practices.
• Manage project budget oversight and control.
