Job summary

Pfizer’s Commercial Oncology unit seeks a Senior Oncology Account Specialist to promote Pfizer products to healthcare providers and specialists, educating them on appropriate product use. You will call on accounts to improve patient care and link insights with Pfizer resources.

The role requires 4+ years in pharmaceutical sales or Oncology HCP experience, domestic travel, and strong communication skills. Pfizer offers comprehensive benefits and a performance-based incentive plan.

Qualifications

BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution.
BA/BS Degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary.
Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
Minimum of 4 years of previous Pharmaceutical Sales experience or Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience.
Demonstrated track record of success and accomplishment in Pharmaceutical Sales or HCP roles.
Exceptional aptitude for learning and ability to communicate technical and disease management information to a wide range of customers.
Demonstrated high degree of business acumen.
Proficiency using complex digital applications and adapt to Pfizer’s technology model.

Responsibilities

Promote Pfizer’s product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists.
Educate the healthcare community on the appropriate use of Pfizer products.
Call on accounts and organized customers to enhance patient care and experiences.
Link account assessments with Pfizer resources and support.
