The role partners with executive leadership, operations, and delivery teams to shape onboarding strategy at scale.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years in project management or program leadership within healthcare tech or federal programs, with strong communication and governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project/program leadership in healthcare tech or federal programs
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience leading complex programs independently and managing competing priorities at scale
• US citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic design, execution, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end onboarding program for Oracle Health Federal Consulting associates
• Serve as the senior point of contact for new hires, onboarding coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Build partnerships with internal teams to coordinate compliance, access, and security requirements
• Establish program-level tracking, governance standards, and risk management protocols
• Develop and own communications strategies ensuring clarity and accountability across teams and leadership
• Drive process standardization and scalability initiatives to support organizational growth
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior and senior project managers
• Synthesize program data into executive-level reporting and actionable recommendations
