Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in healthcare IT consulting or project management.
• At least 1 year in healthcare IT consulting or similar client-facing experience.
• Experience with training project management in healthcare or federal environments.

Responsibilities

• Support trainers and adoption coaches for Oracle Health solutions.
• Localize and implement training strategies to maximize end-user adoption.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepare timely timesheets and ensure forecasting compliance.
