Job summary

OG.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own onboarding, KYC, fiat funding, and the payments/banking product that powers funded accounts. You’ll design the flow from signup to first trade, balancing friction, compliance, and conversion in a regulated U.S. market.

You’ll lead cross-functional work with engineering, design, data, and operations, defining rails and partner UX, while obsessing over trust, clarity, and a best-in-class funded-user experience.

Qualifications

• Fiat and onboarding ownership, including signup, KYC/identity, deposits and funding.
• Payments/banking product ownership: funding rails, payouts, and banking/on-ramp flows.
• Design sensibility as a product skill with hierarchy, density, and recovery focus.
• Data ownership and funnel instrumentation.
• Strong user empathy; experience with OG onboarding and funding.
• Result-oriented, ownership culture; not about MBA or years.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and fiat end-to-end from signup to funded.
• Own payments and banking product, funding methods and retries.
• Own money-in funnel as growth surface and collaborate with Predictions PM.
• Maintain trust-focused money UX, clear error states.
• Wireframe in Figma and drive design discussions.
• Talk to users to understand funnel friction.
• Drive cross-functional execution across teams.
