Job summary

Patterson Pope, Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead complex ECM/CRM solutions for diverse clients. You will install, configure, and customize OnBase modules, integrate Salesforce and FinancialForce, and guide project teams from discovery through deployment.

Requirements include eight+ years in ECM software (OnBase preferred), strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication. Bachelor’s degree and ability to lead cross-functional efforts are essential.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of experience developing, configuring, or administering Enterprise Content Management software, preferably OnBase.
• Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, with security knowledge.
• Understanding of SQL Server database structure and queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex systems.
• Experience configuring Salesforce and FinancialForce.

Responsibilities

• Build enduring relationships with customers and work as part of a cross-functional project team.
• Own the technical components of customer projects from design to implementation.
• Develop system design and specification documents and user documentation as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementations and after deployment.
• Lead engineering teams on projects involving OnBase and Salesforce integrations.
