Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) is seeking an Advanced OnBase Developer/System Admin (ITS3/ITS4) to lead development and administer OnBase across multiple state agencies. The role requires onsite work at 540 Fairview Ave N, St.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications described: 3+ years IT experience as OnBase Developer/System Admin for ITS3; 4+ years for ITS4.
• Experience with Hyland OnBase Forms, Workflow, and WorkView development.
• Experience with OnBase Configuration, Studio, Unity Management Console, and OnBase Clients (Unity, Web, Thick).
• Experience with OnBase ECM or similar document management platforms and with installing, configuring, upgrading OnBase.
• Ability to manage security, roles, users, and OnBase configuration; triage and resolve OnBase issues across multiple areas.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL development experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced OnBase development and system administration across multiple agencies.
• Install, configure, and support OnBase ECM software and related components.
• Provide direction and mentorship to junior OnBase admins.
• Design and architect OnBase applications; serve as a technical specialist and backup for the team.
