Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional Hyland OnBase experience.
• Strong OnBase administration and configuration skills.
• Experience designing OnBase Workflow solutions.
• Experience with OnBase APIs and web services integration.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL Server.
• Experience across full software development lifecycle and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Hyland OnBase platform.
• Design, configure, and optimize OnBase Workflow solutions and business processes.
• Develop integrations using OnBase APIs, web services, REST/SOAP interfaces, and Unity API.
• Develop WorkView configurations and support case-management automation.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for deployments, testing, and documentation.
• Provide production support and performance tuning for OnBase environments.
