Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction, LLC is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities, including steel erection, concrete placement, and framing. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet budgets and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple crews, and travel to various job sites while maintaining high-quality workmanship and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of on-site teams across multiple crews.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and safety leadership.
• Ability to plan and monitor timelines while controlling costs.
• Experience reading blueprints and construction drawings.
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop and manage project schedules with milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor quality and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare daily reports on progress, workforce, and material use.
• Mentor foremen and field supervisors for performance.
