Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience with field construction; K-12 or higher education building construction experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Verifies the accuracy of project financial forecasts and billings.
• Motivates the project team and maintains a positive work environment.
• Directs work of project administration and engineers.
• Negotiates all aspects of contracts and risk management.
