Job summary

Arlo Solutions seeks an On-Site Program Manager to lead mission support services for DHS/CISA International Affairs. You will serve as the primary contractor interface with CO/COR, coordinate staffing, and ensure quality and timely deliverables in a dynamic federal environment.

The role requires strong program and project management experience, strategic guidance, and excellent communication with government stakeholders. Arlington, VA-based, TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Eight+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to satisfy the DHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, coordination, and management of contractor personnel and activities under the task order.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and participate in program reviews.
• Track milestones, funding, staffing, and contract administration issues.
• Ensure staffing levels, qualifications, and compliance with DHS requirements.
