Job summary

Executive Recruiting Group seeks a hands-on senior contributor on-site in SLO to drive day-to-day execution of a rapid aircraft prototyping program. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, integration and test teams to remove blockers and meet milestones as configurations evolve.

This role works under PMO leadership and partners with the Program Manager to define execution scope, priorities and escalation thresholds.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
10+ years in aerospace or complex hardware development programs.
3+ years of hands-on execution coordination across engineering, procurement, build, integration and test.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain Coordination: develop a procurement milestone plan with clear owners and deadlines.
Prepare weekly Steering Committee inputs with milestones, forecasts and risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with on-site leads to resolve coordination issues.
On-site Execution: proactively manage schedules, risks and actions with the PM team and escalate as needed.
Integrated Master Schedule: lead IMS maintenance and connect milestones across engineering, procurement, build, integration and test.
