The role focuses on supporting print production, document imaging, and office operations within multiple client environments. Travel to customer sites may be required, and safety certifications are valued for this position.

Competenze

• Experience with high-volume print production and bindery operations.
• Proficiency in document imaging, scanning, and file management.
• Comfort with MS Office and email systems; strong communication.
• Ability to travel between customer locations as needed.
• OSHA safety basics and professional certifications are preferred.

Mansioni

• Operate high-volume copy machines and binding/finishing services.
• Run document imaging and scanning systems and process electronic docs.
• Manage documents using imaging software and file management systems.
• Support office equipment, troubleshoot jams, and perform maintenance.
• Maintain production logs, meter readings, and supply inventories.
• Handle billing records and respond to customer service inquiries.
• Deliver completed jobs to customer sites and assist shipping/receiving.
• Assist with meeting room setups and general office moves.
