Job summary

Haynes is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager in Oxford, CT to lead field operations on ground-up mixed-use and commercial projects. You’ll own scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and safety, reporting to ownership and design teams.

You’ll manage budgets over $10M, coordinate with in-house crews and subcontractors, ensure FOCO milestones are met, and drive projects from groundbreaking to occupancy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience on ground-up mixed-use, multifamily, or commercial construction.
• Proven track record managing subcontractors and self-perform site work operations.
• Experience owning project budgets of $10M or greater.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field team on active ground-up projects from groundbreaking through occupancy.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using MS Project and Procore.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
