Paylocity in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an Executive Managed Payroll Associate to join the Elevate Solutions team. You will act as an expert resource for payroll processing, HR data management, and complex client inquiries, delivering accurate, timely, and high-touch service to executive-level accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Managed Services.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a payroll service bureau, benefits center, or payroll/HR/benefits administrator.
• Expert proficiency in payroll systems, HCM workflows, and data management.
• Experience in customer service or previous client interfacing role with proven ability to manage escalations and complex inquiries.
• Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, consultative, long-term relationships with executive-level and enterprise clients.
• Maintain, process, and validate payroll and HRIS data with accuracy.
• Deliver clear client communication via phone, email, and ticketing systems; serve as trusted advisor for complex queries.
• Own and manage complex client requests and escalations.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced payroll and data discrepancies; perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Support, Tax, Benefits to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with payroll policies and client contracts.
