Qualifications

• Must oversee field operations with leadership and accountability.
• Strong reading of blueprints, specs and safety documents required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple painting projects.
• Ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery meeting client specs.
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and clients on scope.
• Supervise foremen, painters, and subcontractors on-site.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Foster accountability, safety, respect and teamwork on jobsites.
• Monitor team dynamics and address conflicts promptly and fairly.
