National Coatings is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead site teams on commercial, industrial, and specialty painting projects. You will review manpower, hire painters, manage field staff, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

This role requires 3+ years supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of superintendent / supervisory experience.
• Proven commercial, industrial, and/or retail painting experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to painting and construction activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively and exhibit strong leadership.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to read drawings / blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Review manpower schedule weekly to determine field personnel needs.
• Hire painters, review applications, check references, conduct interviews.
• Track field employees' progress and conduct reviews as needed.
• Identify and develop leaders from within the workforce and promote teamwork.
• Oversee safety training and ensure company policies are followed.
• Manage field payroll changes and per diem documentation.
