Job summary

DHI Communities, the multifamily division of D.R. Horton, is seeking a Multifamily-Superintendent. The role focuses on delivering large multifamily projects on time with high quality, while upholding safety standards and project documentation.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate inspections, and ensure smooth transitions to asset management. Ideal candidates have 10+ years supervisory experience in large residential/multi-family projects, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with DRH

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in the construction field, focusing on large multifamily and commercial projects.
Must have a vehicle with valid driver’s license and be willing to travel among communities.
Proficient with DRH Construction apps on mobile devices and laptops.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project software.
Ability to schedule multifamily projects using SureTrak/Project/Phoenix Project Manager or similar scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Prepares project site and arranges for installation of temporary facilities.
Conduct preconstruction meetings with trades to determine readiness.
Plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day project activities to meet schedule, quality, and budget.
Monitor safety and enforce company standards on site.
Prepare and conduct subcontractor meetings and manage inspections for sign-offs.
