You will maintain safety, quality, and client communication while coordinating with project managers.

The role requires 8+ years in MF construction leadership or a related degree plus 5+ years as a Superintendent, with strong scheduling and means/methods expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Multifamily Construction Superintendent role or a related degree with 5+ years MF superintendent experience.
• Proficient in means, methods and processes of multifamily building projects.
• Experience in scheduling projects and developing schedules.
• Ability to manage the day-to-day schedule sequences and accountability of trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field production on-site and manage subcontractor schedule progress.
• Ensure production is completed safely and on schedule; hold trades accountable.
• Direct line of communication to clients, architects and engineers.
• Provide resources, training, and support for project success.
