Job summary

Buffalo Builders is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee on-site field production for our construction projects. This role directly directs daily operations and reports to the Project Manager, with full-time salary employment.

The superintendent will coordinate Buffalo Builders and subcontractor schedules, ensure safety and quality, and communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to successfully complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Multifamily Construction Superintendent experience and a related Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced experience with means, methods, and processes of building multifamily construction.
• Knowledge of scheduling projects and developing schedules.
• Ability to manage day-to-day schedule sequences and hold trades accountable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site production and manage Buffalo Builders & Subcontractor schedule progress.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and timely project completion.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, architects, and engineers and provide necessary resources.
