You will lead daily on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and ensure code compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and tech-savvy use of construction software are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with construction tools and software.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Experience with Adaptive Reuse or Historic Renovation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction operations.
