Job summary

UIC Arctic Response Services, LLC is looking for a Senior Help Desk Technician to provide Tier III support in Anchorage, Alaska. The role involves on-site assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT service operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical support, proficiency with Windows OS, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and relevant certifications are preferred. This role requires US Citizenship and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience may be substituted.
• A+ or Network+ Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for technical issues.
• Accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Provide operational technical support both on-site and remotely.
