The role requires leading engineering staff, coordinating capital projects, and ensuring safe, efficient, and welcoming operations across hotel facilities, guestrooms, and public spaces.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical training in building trades with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead maintenance teams in a hotel or similar facility.
• Knowledge of life safety codes, budgeting, and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance for property systems and equipment.
• Monitor life safety systems and comply with codes and standards.
• Manage engineering-related capital projects and budgets.
• Supervise and train engineering staff to maximize productivity.
• Maintain accurate records for RM Budget, PM Programs, and Inspections.
