Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Project Manager to join a well-established construction company delivering complex government projects. You will lead project teams from inception through closeout, supervising safety, quality, schedule and budget across multiple technical disciplines.

This role requires 5–10 years of experience delivering government construction projects (USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, GSA, State of Illinois, City of Chicago) and the ability to lead staff and subcontractors on-site in Des

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5–10 years delivering government construction projects.
Experience with USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, GSA and state/city agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage design and construction across civil, electrical, carpentry, framing, plumbing, HVAC and roofing.
Ensure all design and construction meet contractual requirements, codes, and permits.
Determine construction means and methods as appropriate.
Review bids from subcontractors and vendors before execution.
Support proposal teams with technical material and bid evaluation.
Develop and maintain project schedules with the project team.
Manage projects from inception to closeout, including commissioning.
Direct project staff and subcontractors to stay on schedule and compliant.
Collaborate with Estimating to develop subcontracts, scope, and specs.
Track labor, materials, costs, change orders, RFIs and submittals.
