Job summary

LaRosa Building Group, LLC is seeking an experienced on-site Construction Supervisor to lead trade contractors and manage complex commercial projects. The role requires coordinating schedules, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety and quality across all phases.

You will work with the Project Manager and clients to meet deadlines, control costs, and deliver projects that meet specifications and schedules. In-person work location in Connecticut.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years supervisory experience in construction.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
• Experience supervising commercial projects worth $1,000,000 to $25,000,000.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and supervise all trade contractors on site.
• Maintain daily logs, attend job meetings and prepare as-built drawings.
• Manage project schedule with Project Manager to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with PM, clients and trades to ensure cooperation and professional delivery.
• Ensure safety regulations and safe practices are followed on site.
• Prepare aggressive but realistic construction schedules with PM.
