Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent field experience accepted.
• 5–10 years of construction field experience, with 3+ years supervising field operations.
• Experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Proficient in jobsite documentation and field management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project setup, mobilization, and site logistics planning.
• Lead subcontractor activities and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Manage daily progress, field reports, and coordination meetings.
