Job summary

Brinkmann Constructors is seeking a Superintendent to independently monitor on-site safety, coordinate construction activities, and supervise field personnel to complete the project safely, on schedule, and within budget and with the highest quality.

The successful candidate will enforce safety and quality standards, manage resources, and maintain thorough daily logs while coordinating shop drawings and submittals. Growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as lead superintendent on ground-up projects over $50M.
• Strong construction knowledge across commercial markets.
• Proven safety program implementation on sites.
• Ability to solve complex challenges and present options.
• Proactive, motivated leader with subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute and enforce safety standards on the project site.
• Direct and monitor construction site activities to meet schedule.
• Maintain daily logs with production and areas of work.
• Manage resources (manpower, equipment, materials) within budget.
• Prepare and modify CPM schedule and project closeout.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Maintain positive client relationships for future work.
