The position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $130,000, along with bonuses, insurance, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• 9+ years of building and construction management experience preferred.
• Estimating experience and OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel.
• Oversee site safety and enforce company safety standards and procedures.
