Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of field supervisory experience in general contracting.
• Strong understanding of all phases of construction and multiple trades.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations from mobilization to closeout.
• Coordinate and supervise all field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Enforce project schedules and ensure work is completed on time.
