Job summary

AECOM has a Senior Construction Safety Professional position in Salisbury, VA, working full-time at client sites as the owner's representative on a large data center campus. You will review, report, elevate, and collaborate on safety programs and environmental plans to promote a culture of safety across sites.

Responsibilities include developing safety systems, supervising EHS staff, advising on regulatory compliance, and communicating with agencies and stakeholders. Relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• BS/BA +6 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience in construction safety or related field.
• Experience in environmental compliance and industry standards.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass MVR.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and advise on client’s EHS culture and site compliance.
• Develop and maintain safety programs to reduce risk and exposures.
• Supervise EHS staff on the project.
• Coordinate with contractors on corrective actions.
• Prepare reports for federal, state, and local agencies.
