Job summary

Repsol invites a Senior Construction Manager to lead on-site construction for Solar and Energy Storage projects. You will oversee EPC performance against safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and cost targets, guiding a team through planning, execution, and turnover.

You will mentor Construction Managers and inspectors, drive progress reviews, manage RFIs and change orders, and ensure readiness for commissioning with a focus on risk mitigation and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in construction execution or construction management for power generation facilities, energy storage, transmission, and/or electrical substations with on-site leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership for environmental, health, and safety expectations; escalate concerns and drive corrective actions.
• Lead and coordinate the Owner's site construction team, establish priorities, and ensure consistency in execution practices.
• Mentor construction personnel and ensure readiness for turnover and commissioning.
