Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience preferred.
• 5+ years project management experience on commercial projects.
• Ability to read/evaluate architectural/MEP drawings and contract docs.
• Valid driver's license and site access.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality and risk plans.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and subs.
• Facilitate OAC meetings and maintain alignment and communication.
• Monitor field progress with field staff and ensure safety and quality compliance.
