Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an experienced Superintendent / Sr. Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for commercial, industrial and multifamily projects in Pittsburgh.

You will deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to quality standards, managing subcontractors and coordinating trades with vendors. The role requires strong field experience across concrete, structural steel, MEP and finishes, plus proficiency with scheduling and construction management tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction field experience.
• Minimum 5+ years as a Superintendent or Sr. Superintendent on commercial, industrial or multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods including excavation, grading, concrete and steel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and adherence to specs.
• Develop and drive the construction schedule (MS Project, CPM/Primavera) to meet milestones.
• Manage subcontractors, craft labor, change orders and subcontract modifications.
• Implement OSHA safety programs and site-specific safety plans; conduct toolbox talks.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and coordinate third-party testing and inspections.
• Oversee materials procurement, logistics and supply chain coordination.
• Coordinate all MEP trades and interface with commissioning teams.
• Supervise crane operations, heavy equipment, formwork, and concrete placement.
• Prepare daily field reports, RFIs, submittals, and maintain site documentation (Procore/PlanGrid/Bluebeam).
• Manage job cost tracking, forecasting, estimating support, and budget changes.
• Ensure permitting, code compliance and coordination with authorities.
• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists and warranty handover.
