Job summary

Turner Construction Company in the Los Angeles area seeks an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee field construction on large-scale projects, coordinating owners/architects, scheduling, safety, and quality.

This role leads Superintendents, develops site logistics, manages budgets and subcontractors, and ensures on-time completion within budget. Knowledge of BIM, Lean, Primavera P6 and MS Office is essential. Reports to Project Manager or Project Executive; division Southern Cal Main.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with related training.
• At least 15 years of building construction experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and scheduling tools; BIM and Lean knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison with owners/architects/engineers for daily construction activities.
• Lead, supervise and develop Superintendents and other staff; performance input.
• Develop and implement project set-up, site logistics, and work schedules.
• Review subcontractor schedule impacts and respond to productivity issues.
• Manage site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with Turner standards.
• Oversee budget, billings, and payments; ensure work aligns with contract documents.
