Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Senior Digital Technician to lead on-set capture workflows, ensure color accuracy, and maintain standardized studio processes in a high-volume environment. The role balances hands-on execution with documentation and process ownership across shoots and brands.

You will mentor Digital Technicians, manage equipment readiness, and collaborate with Production, Creative, and Post teams to uphold consistent technical standards and workflows.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Capture One for on-set color control and asset management.
• Strong knowledge of color management, calibration, and workflow consistency.
• Experience with high-volume studio shoots and on-set technical leadership.
• Proficiency with Macintosh hardware/software used in professional photo studios.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, FileMaker, and Canon camera systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute on-set capture workflows for photography and video assets.
• Collect, edit, name, and process on-set imagery according to studio standards.
• Collaborate with photographers and stylists to ensure color accuracy and image consistency.
• Perform on-set quality assurance, including color management and monitor calibration.
• Capture and edit video assets on set as required.
• Set up and manage capture stations, monitors, and peripherals daily.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on set to maintain production flow.
• Assist photographers with equipment setup and breakdown as needed.
• Support production, creative, and marketing teams during shoots.
