Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 4 years' experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years' experience.
• Hands-on engineering support for manufacturing builds, development builds, and pilot production.
• Strong technical leadership with ability to drive decisions and lead teams.
• Experience troubleshooting production processes and equipment on the floor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated medical device environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering leadership on the production floor and during development builds.
• Investigate complex manufacturing challenges using data analysis and structured problem solving.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and drive issues to resolution with urgency and judgment.
• Collaborate with Ops, Quality, R&D, NPD, and Sustaining Engineering to strengthen readiness.
• Develop and execute experiments, document results, and provide technical reports.
• Train and mentor technicians and less-experienced engineers.
