Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science with 4+ years industry/education experience.
• Master's or PhD with relevant engineering or scientific experience preferred.
• Experience with design for manufacturing and validation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for design and development of fixtures, tooling, workstations, and equipment for new products and capacity expansion.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve throughput, and reduce cycle time and manual touch time.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Pilot Operations, and Suppliers to deliver compliant manufacturing solutions.
