Columbia Sportswear Company seeks a Principal Omni Planner to drive revenue and inventory through demand, supply, and inventory management strategies. You will own planning processes, develop top-down and bottom-up forecasts, and influence seasonal strategy with data-driven insights and merchandising input.

Responsibilities include creating style-color forecasts, aligning with financial targets, and leading process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management or related field.
• 8+ years of professional planning experience with forecasting and inventory management.
• Superior forecasting, analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with Excel functions (SUMIF, VLOOKUP).
• Proficient Power BI usage with ability to build reports and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead consensus in North America Omni Planning and manage planning processes.
• Build seasonal and monthly demand forecasts at style-color level based on revenue, profitability and market factors.
• Provide ongoing reconciliation of forecasts to financial targets and opportunities.
• Support line development, SKU management, and long-range material planning with seasonal forecasts.
• Improve forecasting models and processes; serve as subject matter expert and training lead.
