Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior OMNI (Mainframe) Developer to design, build, and maintain robust OMNI/Mainframe applications. You will own development, enhancements, and production support for mission-critical systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience with OMNI, COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 and related tools, plus strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor others in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mainframe development experience.
• Proficient in OMNI application development and support.
• Strong COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM knowledge.
• Experience with TSO/ISPF and Endevor/Changeman.
• Experience with batch processing and incident management.
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement OMNI/Mainframe solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Support production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
