Qualifications

• BS in chemistry/biochemistry or related field; MS preferred.
• 5+ years (BS) or 3+ years (MS) in relevant synthesis/oligonucleotide work.
• Hands-on experience with solid-phase synthesis desired.
• Experience with purification/analytical methods (SEC, AEX, RP-HPLC, LC-MS).

Responsibilities

• Execute solid-phase oligomer and oligonucleotide synthesis on automated platforms.
• Support synthesis of RNA-related constructs and modifications.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot synthetic workflows for yield and purity.
• Purify synthesized oligomers using chromatographic methods and analyze with LC-MS/HPLC.
• Maintain accurate experimental records and operate/maintain instruments.
• Collaborate with chemists, biologists, and analytical teams to advance objectives.
