The role requires deep knowledge of OLED device physics, DOE execution, and cross-functional leadership to deliver robust processes and high-yield production. On-site in Massachusetts with strong collaboration across product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related discipline required.
• MS or PhD strongly preferred; relevant industrial experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of hands-on process engineering in OLED device fabrication or flat-panel displays.
• Experience with vacuum thermal evaporation (VTE), shadow masking, and organic thin-film deposition.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, and manufacturing of OLED thin-film deposition processes.
• Own process modules for emissive stack engineering and encapsulation.
• Define and execute DOE to optimize thickness, doping, and process conditions.
• Lead process integration across OLED stack and backplane.
• Perform advanced thin-film metrology and device-level characterization.
• Transfer lab processes to high-volume manufacturing and write specs.
• Drive yield improvements via SPC, APC, and data analysis.
• Qualify new materials from supply chain partners.
